It's exceedingly disturbing and tragic when a crazed gunman opens up on a crowd and kills a few people and wounds several more, to include a member of Congress.
What's utterly despicable is the way you assclowns on the Left are using it for your own political agendas.
If by now you still don't know what happened yesterday in Tucson, please come out from under your rock. I'm not going to go over it because frankly, I'm not a news reporter. Do I write about things in the news? Yes. However, I don't bring you breaking news as that is not what I'm about.
By happenstance, I had the news on TV yesterday when the story broke. Normally I would have had my headphones on listening to music and hoping to write something here but something told me to pop the TV on & see what was up. As soon as I saw that the Congressional Representative involved was a Democrat, I guessed correctly that it would take less than 30 minutes for someone to find a way to tie the still-unknown shooter to the Tea Party movement, the GOP, and the conservative media.
Sometimes it actually sucks to be right about stuff.
My initial thoughts were actually almost tinfoil hat/black helicopter material, as I started to see larger conspiracies immediately, with the sheeple of the Left playing right into it. From one of my Facebook posts about 30 minutes in:
"A dollar to a donut says they'll find a way to pin this on a Tea Party/GOP person, as well as the post office bombs...and that birther shouting in the gallery in Congress? I'm wagering that was a paid Soros plant to make us all look like kooks. The fight is ramping up.
A moderate Dem on the armed services committee with an active duty military husband, a blue dog business owner, who voted against keeping Pelosi? The plot thickens. I'd actually never heard of her. Not a big time Lefty like Reid, Pelosi, Rangel, Clyburn, et al, someone you would almost expect to be a target, but a rep with a much lower profile? I don't wanna don a tinfoil hat here but if the left & Soros were gonna sacrifice one of their own to damage the right and send a message to their own people to stay in lock step, it wouldn't shock me..."
Immediately, the leftist media went apeshit.
A friend of mine was reading various news sites and was appalled at the comments. One said that Republicans need to watch out because "Democrats have guns too" and another on Democratic Underground that said it's time to start going to Republican events and shooting everyone. Same friend said Democratic Underground is gleefully attacking "teabaggers" and there's one who wants Glenn Beck charged with murder. Another pleaded with them to at least wait until more info was known at which point they cursed him/her out.And then he saw a comment on Yahoo:
"There's something real interesting going on here: those who identify themselves as being more conservative or libertarian are expressing their sorrow, condolences, and general well-wishing to Representative Giffords, her family, and the families affected by this tragedy. Those identifying themselves as being more liberal or progressive are spewing nothing but hate toward the conservatives, completely ignoring the tragedy, and using it more for their own diatribe. Why can't they just put their hate away for even one day?"Because people like Keith Olbermann and Jane Fonda live for hate, or more rather their hate for the Right.
Fonda, that traitorous scum...I think in my 41 years the only movie she was in that I willingly watched was On Golden Pond, and that was to see her father. The brass casings had barely clinked on the pavement and that scabby bitch was Tweeting to her minions:
Hey, Jane...Giffords is a moderate Blue Dog, not a Marxist Progressive like you. But you kept on Tweeting your mistakes.
Guilty of what? By the way, Beck's name has two n's. Think CNN, like Ted Turner and all his elitist Progressive money. But since you likely have never seen his TV show or listened to his radio show, busily instead being MSNBC's sole viewer or masturbating to Joy Behar and those twunts on The View....then you might not realize that you can't spell, because when you yourself tried a few minutes later to Tweet Glenn directly:
And of course, after you poke Glenn with a sharp stick, it's time to double the fun by attacking Palin again.
You want shame, Jane? Here's some shame for you:
Oh, wait, that doesn't shame you. You're proud of your mug shot as you use it to ID yourself on Twitter. You're proud of sitting at an NVA anti-aircraft gun used to shoot at Americans. And you're proudly standing there with fellow filthy rich elitist swine John Kerry. YOU HAVE NO SHAME.
When Muslim extremist and traitor Nidal Hasan opened fire at Fort Hood, you leftist media clowns fell all over yourselves to warn Conservatives to not jump to conclusions by linking it to Islam:
However....it was the terrorist act of, say it with me now, a fundamentalist Muslim extremist. And instead of cautioning against jumping to conclusions, you clowns are leading the charge to crucify the entire political Right. The shooter has no overt connections to the Right, to Beck, to Palin, to the GOP, or the Tea Party. He's a lunatic fruitbag who couldn't get in the military because of drug use, and has an extensive arrest record in addition to being kicked out of school. His college refused to let him come back till he had a mental evaluation. The dude counts Mein Kampf and The Communist Manifesto among his favorite books, which kinda puts him closer to YOUR camp than ours, since both books espouse nationalized, socialist giant governments that control everything. Yeah, the kid used a Glock 9mm with a full magazine, and because Palin shoots you automatically assume he's one of us.
Retired General Wes Clark said on the night of the shootings, “The important thing is for everyone not to jump to conclusions,” .
“We cannot jump to conclusions,” said CNN’s leftist firebrand Jane Velez-Mitchell that same evening. “We have to make sure that we do not jump to any conclusions whatsoever.”
Former CIA operative Robert Baer on CNN, also the night of the shooting, had this to say:“I’m on Pentagon chat room...right now, there’s messages going back and forth, saying do not jump to the conclusion this had anything to do with Islam.”
The next day, The Dear Leader, Obama Himself, chimed in. “I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts.” In the days that followed, CNN mouthpieces, "journalists" and guests alike, repeatedly echoed the his remarks.
“We can’t jump to conclusions,” Army General George Casey said on CNN, and political analyst Mark Halperin urged a “transparent” investigation into the shootings “so the American people don’t jump to conclusions.” And when Republican Representative Pete Hoekstra, then the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, suggested that the Fort Hood attack was terrorism, CNN’s John Roberts was quick to intervene. “Now, President Obama has asked people to be very cautious here and to not jump to conclusions,” Roberts said to Hoekstra. “By saying that you believe this is an act of terror, are you jumping to a conclusion?”
Oh, lookie here. John Kerry with a shotgun? Does he know what end is the dangerous one?
One of my liberal friends, Screaming Liberal from Colorado (I could do an entire article on some of her rantings), is pushing on Facebook a petition for the FCC to take Fox News off the air now. Leftist media from CNN to PMSNBC to The Daily Kos to The Chicago Sun Times to The Democratic Underground are blaming all of this squarely on us, and from several hours yesterday and today of watching Fox News all I saw was reporters visibly moved and shaken by the shootings, one anchor brought to tears while interviewing the dead girl's mother via phone ( I caught that live as it happened), asking for the nations thoughts and prayers to be with the victims, noticeably relieved when Representative Giffords was alive and responsive, and you want the government to silence them. Typical.
One of his former classmates today classified the shooter as a left-wing, liberal, radical pothead, according to the Phoenix New Times. Diverging from its usual liberal drivel, the WaPo even highlights emails from one of the shooter's college classmates.
And now, 24 hours after the shootings, Liberal stalwarts like the HuffPo and PMSNBC are in spin mode, trying to profile the shooter as deranged and disturbed and that the shooting was in no way politically motivated, backpedaling as fast as they can to wipe the stink of their own shitstorms off of themselves.
And in closing, I send a very special F-Bomb to Supreme Assclown Keith Olbermann, who gave some sort of asanine rant last night on TV trying to connect the shooter to Palin, Beck, and the Tea Party, and insisting that surveyor marks on a map are assasination crosshairs. You're a buffoon, Olbermann, and don't for a second think that any of us missed your cheap shot at Palin by using the word "repudiate". You suck.
(Big thanks to Noel Sheppard for the use of the Tweets)
