Another (and better) Breitbart tribute

As you likely recall, on Monday I paid tribute to the late Andrew Breitbart as the person I considered the real Person of the Year despite what Time Magazine thought.

No sooner had I posted the article link on Twitter when the first attacks from the Left began. It's amazing that nine months after his untimely passing, Andrew continues to rile his enemies. I'm not sure if they hate him more for being a Conservative, for exposing the Left's lies and scumbaggery, for giving the Right a real and honest person to believe in, or for turning his back on the Left-controlled Big Media (Andrew created the Huffington Post and used to be a commentator on Real Time With Bill Maher).

Back in May of 2011, Andrew did a one-on-one interview with Adam Carolla for Adam's podcast. A few days ago Adam re-released the podcast in lieu of new material while taking a holiday break. The interview is frank, blunt, funny, profane, and profound. You can listen to it, or download it, from Adam's website or on iTunes. The interview reinforced my admiration of Andrew as a continued inspiration.

"I liked the guy because he was no bullshit and all business," Carolla says during his introduction to the tribute podcast. "I went out to dinner and a movie with the guy and thought he was a super cool guy, a family guy."

The podcast ends with the show's news coverage from March of Andrew's death and Adam's toast to his New Media ally. "He was the fucking nicest guy in the world," Carolla said at the time. "He was a good soul with a bright spirit."

Carolla's tribute to Andrew goes hand in hand with mine. I hope ya'll enjoy it.

The REAL Person of the Year

As usual, those Liberal Clowns at Time Magazine got it wrong. As expected, they pandered to the masses, the ignorant sheeple of America, in a bleak & meager attempt to draw readership to their increasingly irrelevant rag and declared that His Holiness The Dear Leader, The Obamessiah Himself, B-Hussein Obama (Blessed Be His Name) was Time's Person of the Year.

What a crock.

Then again, they also declared Hitler to be Person of the Year in 1938 and that worked out well. In 1931 it was Pierre Laval, who ended up surrendering France to Hitler and headed the Vichy government. He signed the orders to send  Jews in France to the concentration camps. In 1939 they declared Uncle Joe Stalin to be Person of the Year. Later they repeated that "honor" in 1942 to suck up to the Russians as allies against Hitler.

They've also graced their Person of the Year covers with great guys like Chinese dictator Deng Xiao Ping a couple times, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton twice, Soviet Dictator Nikita Khrushchev, Soviet dictator Yuri Andropov, Soviet dictator-turned-Good Guy Mikhail Gorbachev, Russian dictator in disguise Vladimir Putin, The Occupy Protesters, and now for the second time, Obama.

I call BS on all of it.

Of all the people who left us this year, of all the losses endured by the Conservative movement in America this year, of all the leaders to have left us too soon, I say the toughest loss this year was Andrew Breitbart.

Andrew was a true patriot who took huge risks to expose the crooked and evil regime for what it was, and to show America what Liberalism, Progressive Socialism, and Democrat Corruption were doing to this country. I learned so much from his efforts. His exposing of ACORN and exposing the Anthony Weiner scandal inspired me to keep fighting against those who are trying to destroy this country.

Andrew had balls the size of cantaloupes. He took on The Left head on, fearlessly and tirelessly. He was truly an inspiration. I would have loved to have met him.

I was stunned and completely taken aback by his death. It was so unexpected and out of the blue. He was only a couple months older than me. Sadly, my first thought was that the Left had taken him out.

His leadership is missed, but his light still burns brightly in the hearts of millions of good Conservatives across America. Keep calm; Andrew expects us all to carry on.
