Happy 234th Birthday, USMC!
Wishing all of my friends and readers from the United States Marine Corps, past & present, a happy 234th birthday. Semper Fi, Devil Dogs!
You're in good company, Scalawag; I'm Army too. I just do the USMC birthday thing for my best friend from high school. He got me into it after his 3 years in the Corps.
Half the Army vets I know can't remember our birthday.....
Krystal, if your child would like some insight without BS, give me a holler and I'll call up my buddy Chris (aka Guest Blogger Chris....he'll tell it like it is without recruiters' embellishments.
I respect & encourage any young person today who has a desire to join any of the service branches....though I do reserve a special place for kids who wanna be Army Military Police...
